Vacumon
There are various problems with available robot vacuum cleaners:
- They (Roomba, Dyson, etc) are too big and they don’t reach to dust everywhere. And that’s where dust usually piles up;
- They lack option for on-demand tasks. If you spill something in the kitchen, you’ll have to clean it yourself.
Goals for Vacumon are:
- Size: L17cm x W17 cm x H6 cm;
- To compensate the lack of space for dust, it needs to unload dust more often;
- Hatch for unloading dust.
- On-demand tasks;
- To give a 1st priority task, we mark the area on the map that needs to be cleaned. If done, resume where left off. Vacumon creates it’s own map using cyroscope, ultrasound, wifi signal mapping, etc.
