In early 80s there was a fancy toy called lunohod. It was very expensive and advanced toy. It had keyboard which allowed kids to program movements of this toy. For example, move forward 4 times, rotate 30 degrees, shoot laser 5 times. It made programming facinating for a whole generation of children.
Project idea is to create similar toy with Arduino, to enthusiate new children on programming. It will have small touchscreen display, where you can create programs, save them, edit and of course run them. It wiĺl be open source. So everyone in the word can create this by themselves. It can be extendable with various options. It can be modular. And main feature is to be inspiring for new kids to electronics and programming.

Knowledge needed to team: electronics specialist, programmer, 3d modelling specialist (product designer)
